- Customers who buy products directly from La Maison stores system.
HOW TO CALCULATE POINT
- Point is calculated from the total payment amount on the bill, with the conversion rate of 10,000 dong = 1 cumulative point (not inclusive of the change, not rounded)
- Value conversion of 1 cumulative point to VND: 10 cumulative points = 1,000 VND
- Point is accumulated from year to year and is used to review the level and benefits in that year. Accumulation process will start again from the beginning in the new year.
- Deadline for customers to convert cumulative points of preceding year is 30 June annually.
- Stores will notify time to convert cumulative points through: MKTG program in stores, SMS, Email, Call Center.
