PAYMENT REGULATIONS AND METHODS

Customers can order via the following channels:

- Buy at shop: Customers pay by cash or ATM card. See LIST OF STORES

- SOUTHERN HOTLINE (Free) 1800 6846 (8:00AM - 7:00PM, Monday-Sunday)

- Facebook: La Maison

- Website: www.lamaison.com.vn. Customers log in and leave the correct information: Name, address, telephone number, email ... so that we can resolve orders quickly. Then we will confirm your order by phone.

   + Orders on the website before 7:00 pm, La Maison will contact immediately to confirm orders with customers.

   + Orders on the website after 7:00 pm, La Maison will contact customer confirmation in the morning of the next day. 

- Or contact us directly at the stores of La Maison

* Currently, purchase policies are only applied in the area of HCMC

2.    Delivery and payment policies:

- Delivery within 5 km: Free for orders from VND 200,000 or more.

Orders within 10km:

- Delivery over 5 km:

      + Order value from VND 200,000 - 500,000: Delivery fee VND 20,000/order

      + Order value over VND500,000: Free

Orders over 10km:

- Ordered before 14:00 on working days, delivered the lastest 18:00 the same day.

- Ordered after 14:00 on working days, delivered the lastest 10:00 the next working day.

      + Order value from 200,000-500,000VND: Delivery fee VND 30,000/order

      + Order value over 500,000VND: Free

Not delivery in the districts: Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio

All types of purchase: at shop, online, through Hotline or on the Fanpage are collected directly in cash at shop or on the delivery (COD).

Customers shopping at shop can pay by ATM card

Customers please check the goods before receiving, do not apply to change or return for imported meat products, fresh fruits and vegetables.

- Shop opening time: 7:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday to Sunday)

- Delivery time: 8:00AM to 7:00PM (Monday to Sunday)
