Therefore, La Maison does not take any liability for anyone relating to the use of the information on the website.

- Website domain “www.lamaison.com.vn”, logo of La Maison on the website are ownership of La Maison only, they have been registered trademarks and copyright and it is forbidden to re-use under any form.

- The whole website and its specific and detailed content are ownership of La Maison, protected by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Depending on operational requirements, La Maison can adjust the overall use or the content of the website without prior notice. In this cases, La Maison does not bear any responsibility for any damages caused by the change of the website.

2.    Purchase regulations:

Customers can order via the following channels:

- Facebook: La Maison

- Website: www.lamaison.com.vn. Customers log in and leave the correct information: Name, address, telephone number, email ... so that we can resolve orders quickly. Then we will confirm your order by phone.

   + Orders on the website before 7:00 pm, La Maison will contact immediately to confirm orders with customers.

   + Orders on the website after 7:00 pm, La Maison will contact customer confirmation in the morning of the next day. 

- Or contact us directly at the stores of La Maison

* Currently, purchase policies are only applied in the area of HCMC.

3.    Delivery policies and payment:

- Delivery within 5 km: Free for orders from VND 200,000 or more.

- Delivery over 5 km:

      + Order value from 200,000-500,000 VND: Delivery fee VND 30,000 / order

      + Order value over 500,000 VND: Free

- Scope of delivery: the districts of HCMC (except Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Can Gio, Nha Be, 6, 8, 9)

All types of purchase: at shop, online, through Hotline or on the Fanpage are collected directly in cash at shop or on the delivery (COD).

Customers shopping at shop can pay by ATM card

Customers please check the goods before receiving, do not apply to change or return for imported meat products, fresh fruits and vegetables.

- Shop opening time: 7:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday to Sunday)

- Delivery time: 8:00AM to 7:00PM (Monday to Sunday)
