1. Delivery place:
Customers receive goods at stores of La Maison Joint Stock Company or La Maison will deliver the products to the place specified in customers’ orders.
2. Delivery fee:
Applied from 01/01/2019
- Delivery within 5 km: Free for orders from VND 200,000 or more.
Orders within 10km:
- Delivery over 5 km:
+ Order value from 200,000-500,000 VND: Delivery fee VND 20,000/order
+ Order value over 500,000 VND: Free
Orders over 10km:
- Ordered before 14:00 on working days, delivered the lastest 19:00 the same day.
- Ordered after 14:00 on working days, delivered the lastest 10:00 the next working day.
+ Order value from 200,000-500,000VND: Delivery fee VND 30,000/order
+ Order value over 500,000VND: Free
Not delivery in the districts: Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio
3. Delivery time
- La Maison provides delivery from 8:00AM to 7:00PM Monday to Sunday every week.
- La Maison always tries our best to deliver products in the committed time when customers ordered.
4. Other conditions
- La Maison will not deliver products exceeding 2 times when customers change the delivery place without prior notice or La Maison cannot contact customers when coming to the place confirmed in advance.
- La Maison has no responsibility to deliver goods in conditions of natural disasters, flood.
- La Maison has right to refuse delivery services if La Maison feels that delivery could be a danger for staff.
- Customers please check the goods before receiving, do not apply to change or return for imported meat products, fresh fruits and vegetables.
